Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project (AgMIP) Tools
Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project (AgMIP) datasets are stored in the harmonized AgMIP Crop Experiment (ACE) format. Translation tools available for download at http://tools.agmip.org/ allow re-formatting of the data to model-specific formats for various crop simulation models.
Data translation applications are available for free download from the AgMIP Toolshed, which can be used to convert the harmonized data to model-ready formats for multiple crop models. Models that have working translation tools include DSSAT, APSIM, WOFOST, STICS, SALUS and CropGrow-NAU. Additional translators are being developed for EPIC, CropSyst, AquaCrop, InfoCrop, ORYZA, SarraH, RZWQM2.
