Intended Use
This dataset can serve as a reference for the scientific community interested in lactic acid bacteria and starter cultures for fermented foods as well as pickle processors worldwide.
Use Limitations
The data is valid within the system tested and results cannot be extrapolated to fermentation systems without additional testing. The data should be considered preliminary indications of phenotypes.
