Intended Use
Identify genes expressed in fire ant brood. These data will be used in a CRIS project "Products for Invasive Ant Control" to identify RNA interference knockdown target genes.
Use Limitations
These data were collected from a specific and unique geographic region infested by imported fire ants. The MS Delta is subject to extreme heat, humidity, and regular flood/drought cycles. It is also intensively cultivated.
