Soybean Aphids per Plant Among Soybean Lines Containing Various Rag Genes

The files presented here report the number of soybean aphids on soybean lines that differed in the *Rag* genes they contained. Tests were conducted separately against two soybean aphid colonies, which were maintained on soybean plants at North Central Agricultural Research Laboratory (NCARL), USDA-ARS, Brookings, South Dakota, USA.

Data from: Transcriptome profiling of interaction effects of soybean cyst nematodes and soybean aphids on soybean

Soybean aphid (*Aphis glycines*; SBA) and soybean cyst nematode (*Heterodera glycines*; SCN) are two major pests of soybean (*Glycine max*) in the United States of America. This study aims to characterize three-way interactions among soybean, SBA, and SCN using both demographic and genetic datasets. The data comprises of 47 libraries that are useful for further analyses of important genes, which are involved in interaction effects of SBA and SCN on soybean.

Data from: Fine mapping of the soybean aphid-resistance genes Rag6 and Rag3c from Glycine soja 85-32

*Rag6* and *Rag3c* were delimited to a 49-kb interval on chromosome 8 and a 150-kb interval on chromosome 16, respectively. Structural variants in the exons of candidate genes were identified.

Data from: Host specificity of Aphelinus species collected from soybean aphid in Asia

These data sets provide results of no-choice laboratory experiments on host specificity of 13 populations in seven species from three species complexes in the genus Aphelinus (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae). They also provide results of experiments on the mechanisms of host specificity in three parasitoid species with narrow host ranges.
