Farm Service Agency Online Data Resources

As directed by the OPEN (Open, Public, Electronic, and Necessary) Government Data Act and through its commitment to United States agriculturalists and interested public, FSA provides numerous data resources through reports, visualizations, and other formats. Visit the FSA Online Data Resources page to view the table that provides links to pages with USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) data. FoodData Central

Several USDA food composition databases, including the Food and Nutrient Database for Dietary Studies (FNDDS), Standard Reference (SR) Legacy, and the USDA Branded Food Products Database, have transitioned to FoodData Central, a new and harmonized USDA food and nutrient data system. FoodData Central will also include expanded nutrient content information never before available, as well as links to diverse data sources that offer related agricultural, food, health, dietary supplement, and other information.

      Breedbase

The Breedbase system has evolved from the Sol Genomics Network (SGN) and Cassavabase and related sites (see RTBbase.org).Breedbase is striving to be a complete breeding management system, including field management, data collection, crossing utilities, and advanced trial analysis.

        Alliance of Genome Resources

The primary mission of the Alliance of Genome Resources (the Alliance) is to develop and maintain sustainable genome information resources that facilitate the use of diverse model organisms in understanding the genetic and genomic basis of human biology, health and disease. This understanding is fundamental for advancing genome biology research and for translating human genome data into clinical utility.

LandPKS (Land Potential Knowledge System): Mobile App for Extension, Land-Use and Project Planning, M&E and On-Farm Research

**LandPKS** comprises a free modular mobile phone app connected to cloud-based storage, global databases, and models, downloadable from Google Play or the iTunes App Store; a system for storing and accessing user data; and a system for sharing data, information and knowledge. LandPKS is being developed to help users determine the sustainable potential of their land, including its restoration potential, based on its unique soil, topography and climate. The land potential assessments will be updated based on new evidence regarding the success or failure of new management and restoration systems on different soils.

2017 Census of Agriculture - Census Data Query Tool (CDQT)

The Census Data Query Tool (CDQT) is a web-based tool that is available to access and download table level data from the Census of Agriculture Volume 1 publication. The data found via the CDQT may also be accessed in the NASS Quick Stats database. The CDQT is unique in that it automatically displays data from the past five Census of Agriculture publications.

Data from: The downed and dead wood inventory of forests in the United States

The Forest Inventory and Analysis program of the United States (US) Forest Service has conducted an annual downed dead wood (DDW) inventory on all coterminous US forest land since 2002 (~1 plot per 38,850 ha), with a sample intensification occurring since 2012 (~1 plot per 19,425 ha). The data are organized according to DDW components and by sampling information which can all be linked to a multitude of auxiliary information in the national database.

                  The Triticeae Toolbox

[The Triticeae Toolbox](https://triticeaetoolbox.org/) (T3) webportal hosts data generated by the Triticeae Coordinated Agricultural Project (CAP), funded by the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). T3 contains SNP, phenotypic, and pedigree data from wheat and barley germplasm in the Triticeae CAP integrating rapidly expanding DNA marker and sequence data with traditional phenotypic data.
