FoodData Central
Several USDA food composition databases, including the Food and Nutrient Database for Dietary Studies (FNDDS), Standard Reference (SR) Legacy, and the USDA Branded Food Products Database, have transitioned to FoodData Central, a new and harmonized USDA food and nutrient data system. FoodData Central will also include expanded nutrient content information never before available, as well as links to diverse data sources that offer related agricultural, food, health, dietary supplement, and other information.
USDA Database for the Flavonoid Content of Selected Foods, Release 3.3 (March 2018)
The United States Department of Agriculture has published several Special Interest Databases (SID) on flavonoids. These databases were released separately as data became available. It is anticipated that they will be combined into one database in the future.
Data from: Assessing pollen nutrient content: a unifying approach for the study of bee nutritional ecology
Poor nutrition and landscape changes are regularly cited as key factors causing the decline of wild and managed bee populations. However, what constitutes “poor nutrition” for bees currently is inadequately defined. Bees collect and eat pollen: it is their only solid food source and it provides a broad suite of required macro- and micronutrients. Bees are also generalist foragers and thus the different pollen types they collect and eat can be highly nutritionally variable. Therefore, characterizing the multidimensional nutrient content of different pollen types is needed to fully understand pollen as a nutritional resource. Unfortunately, the use of different analytical approaches to assess pollen nutrient content has complicated between-studies comparisons and blurred our understanding of pollen nutrient content. This dataset includes the raw data generated from each of our analyses, including pollen disruption and nutrient assays. We used our collective data to propose a unifying approach for analyzing pollen nutrient content. This will help researchers better study and understand the nutritional ecology – including foraging behavior, nutrient regulation, and health – of bees and other pollen feeders.

Soybean Yield Response to Fertilizer-Phosphorus Rate on Soils having different Mehlich-3 Phosphorus Values in Arkansas
Soybean response to fertilizer-phosphorus (P) fertilization experiments were conducted at 39 sites in Arkansas from 2004-2018 with the main objective of developing data to correlate and calibrate fertilizer-P rate recommendations for irrigated soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] in Arkansas. The dataset includes information for 39 site-years representing eight eastern Arkansas counties including Arkansas (4), Clay (1), Cross (3), Desha (2), Lee (4), Poinsett (9), St. Francis (15), and Woodruff (1).

The first complete global landscape of regulatory elements in cattle is presented and the dynamics of chromatin states in rumen epithelial cells induced by the rumen developmental regulator - butyrate- are explored.
Data from: Data on foliar nutrient concentration of invasive plants in the recipient habitat and their native habitat
To understand the underlying mechanism of extensive growth rate of the highly invasive plant, Old World climbing fern (*Lygodium microphyllum*), in its native habitat in Queensland, Australia and recipient habitat in Florida, United States, the leaf tissue samples from the native and invaded habitats are analyzed.

National Animal Nutrition Program (NANP) Feed Composition Database
This database was developed by the [Feed Composition Sub-Committee](https://animalnutrition.org/node/38) and serves as a freely-available, centralized resource for up-to-date nutrient composition data for feedstuffs commonly fed to animal species. There are currently 123 ingredients and 129 nutrients represented in the database.
