Data from: Mitigating nitrogen pollution with under-sown legume-grass cover crop mixtures in winter cereals

    This study was part of a cover crop-based, organic rotational no-till cropping systems experiment conducted from 2015-2017 at Pennsylvania State University’s Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center in Rock Springs, PA, USA, employing a corn (*Zea mays* subsp. mays L.), soybean (*Glycine max* (L.) Merr.), spelt (*Triticum spelta* L.) rotation that is typical for feed and forage farmers in the Mid-Atlantic USA. Data include: Nitrate leaching from anion resin bags; Nitrous oxide fluxes from static chambers and isotopomers; Soil inorganic N including ammonium and nitrate; Soil moisture and temperature; Cover crop biomass as well as carbon and nitrogen content and nitrogen isotope ratios; Cash crop yields.

      SeedChaser - Version 2.0

        SeedChaser is a 1-D empirical vertical soil tillage distribution model with 1 cm grid spacing that predicts vertical redistribution of weed seeds following user selected (a) sequences of tillage implements, and (b) initial seed distribution values. Results of this model are particularly suited for weed seed emergence modeling. However, the model can be adapted easily to any surface broadcasted agrochemical or incorporated residues.

        AgroAtlas

          The Russian-English Agricultural Atlas is the world’s most comprehensive source of information on the geographic distribution of plant-based agriculture in Russia and neighboring countries. The Atlas contains 1500 maps that illustrate the distribution of 100 crops, 560 wild crop relatives, 640 diseases, pests and weeds, and 200 environmental parameters. Additionally, the Atlas provides detailed biological descriptions, illustrations, metadata and reference lists. Currently, individual maps can be downloaded and viewed using freely available AgroAtlas GIS Utility software, which can also be downloaded at this site.

            Invasive and Exotic Species of North America - Invasive.org

              [Invasive.org](https://www.invasive.org/) is a joint project between University of Georgia's Bugwood Network and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Over 8,300 images, including over 1,000 new images of invasive/exotic/noxious plant, insect, pathogen and other species (including many weeds) and their biological control agents, taken by over 250 photographers. Most images were digitized from high-resolution 35mm slides. Multiple levels of jpeg format images are downloadable and may be copied and used for any non-profit, educational purpose with appropriate credit and copyright notice. Although most images are North American in nature, the system also contains images of organisms that are "Non-U.S. Natives", or are considered to be "U.S. Invasives."

This dataset presents the *Homalodisca vitripennis* genome v1.0. This assembly version is the pre-release version, prior to filtering and quality control by the National Center for Biotechnology Information's GenBank resource.
