Data from: BBGD: an online database for blueberry genomic data

This dataset is supplemental to the article "BBGD: an online database for blueberry genomic data," (2007); it is titled "list of genes printed on microarray slides." BBGD (http://bioinformatics.towson.edu/BBGD/) is a public online database, and was developed for blueberry genomics. BBGD is both a sequence and gene expression database: it stores both EST and microarray data, and allows scientists to correlate expression profiles with gene function. Presently, the main focus of the database is the identification of genes in blueberry that are significantly induced or suppressed after low temperature exposure.

Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN)

The Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN) web server provides germplasm information about plants, animals, microbes and invertebrates important for food and agricultural production. These include lists of currently registered cultivars, historical seed and varietal catalogs, and related resources. There are more than 500,000 accessions (distinct varieties of plants) in the GRIN database. These accessions represent more than 10,000 species of plants. See the Helps and Hints page if you are having trouble getting your results.

Drosophila biarmipes genome annotations v0.5.3 for genome assembly Dbia_2.0

RNA-Seq data were used with additional protein homology data for a MAKER automated annotation of the Drosophila biarmipes genome assembly Dbia 2.0

NOTE: This gene set is an unstable pre-release (v0.5.3), and is provided to facilitate manual curation and analyses before the official gene set is released. Gene identifiers from this gene set will likely not be maintained.

Drosophila biarmipes genome assembly Dbia 2.0

This research on Drosophila biarmipes genomics is part of the Drosophila modENCODE project.
The Baylor College of Medicine is studying the comparative genomics of eight species of Drosophila, including biarmipes, bipectinata, elegans, eugracillis, ficusphila, kikkawai, rhopaloa, and takahashii.

Genome Database for Rosaceae

Initiated in 2003, the Genome Database for Rosaceae (GDR) is a curated and integrated web-based relational database
providing centralized access to Rosaceae genomics, genetics and breeding data and analysis tools to facilitate basic, translational and applied Rosaceae research.

Phytophthora Database

This database aims to include Phytophthora collections throughout the world in order to create a global atlas of the diversity and distribution of Phytophthora species.
