Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project (AgMIP) Datasets

Site-based crop modeling data from field experiments, farm surveys, and yield trials. These data are in AgMIP harmonized format, ready for translation to multiple crop model formats using the data translation tools at [http://tools.agmip.org/](http://tools.agmip.org/). Details on AgMIP can be found at [http://www.agmip.org/](http://www.agmip.org/).

Unit process data for Rapeseed production in the U.S. wheat belt

Unit processes represent wheat-wheat-fallow and wheat-wheat-rapeseed crop production simulations that illustrate using the IPCC (Tier 1) method for calculating changes in soil C and the roundtable on sustainable biomaterials (RSB) method for estimating N2O emissions in different locations for the use in modeling the crop production portion of the HRJ lifecycle. Data are archived in a SimaPro .csv file, which can be imported into various life cycle assessment modeling tools.

      Rice Data

        Simple Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Data

        USDA ARS Image Gallery

This Image Gallery is provided as a complimentary source of high-quality digital photographs available from the Agricultural Research Service information staff. Photos, (over 2,000 .jpegs) in the Image Gallery are copyright-free, public domain images unless otherwise indicated.

Eastern Potato Variety Development Database, (NE1231)

This is an interactive potato variety database that allows researchers and end-users to access and obtain potato variety trial results in one centralized site. It was developed primarily for scientists interested in potato variety development, growers, and allied industry members. The database is populated with the results of potato variety trials conducted in eight states (Florida, Maine, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia) and two Canadian provinces (Prince Edward Island and Quebec).

Data from: BBGD: an online database for blueberry genomic data

This dataset is supplemental to the article "BBGD: an online database for blueberry genomic data," (2007); it is titled "list of genes printed on microarray slides." BBGD (http://bioinformatics.towson.edu/BBGD/) is a public online database, and was developed for blueberry genomics. BBGD is both a sequence and gene expression database: it stores both EST and microarray data, and allows scientists to correlate expression profiles with gene function. Presently, the main focus of the database is the identification of genes in blueberry that are significantly induced or suppressed after low temperature exposure.

              Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN)

The Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN) web server provides germplasm information about plants, animals, microbes and invertebrates important for food and agricultural production. These include lists of currently registered cultivars, historical seed and varietal catalogs, and related resources. There are more than 500,000 accessions (distinct varieties of plants) in the GRIN database. These accessions represent more than 10,000 species of plants. See the Helps and Hints page if you are having trouble getting your results.

LTAR Walnut Gulch Experimental Watershed Kendall Phenocam

                NAL Geospatial Catalog

A stationary camera overlooking the Kendall sub-watershed in the Walnut Gulch Experimental Watershed used to track vegetation phenology (RGB and IR imagery). Images are taken every 30 minutes between 4:00am and 10:30pm local standard time.
