WGS sequencing, assembly, and annotation

The Broad Institute sequenced the genome of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, strain 4287 (race 2, VCG 0030) at 6X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. The assembly size is 61.36 Mb which include 15 chromosomes and 117 unplaced scaffolds. The strain is available from the Fungal Genetics Stock Center (FGSC 9935) and NCAUR/USDA (NRRL 34936).
