Pulse Crop Database Resources

Genomic, Genetic and Breeding Resources for Pulse Crop Improvement. The Pulse Crop Database (PCD), formerly the Cool Season Food Legume Database (CSFL),contains genes, genomes, germplasm, maps, markers, QTL/MTL, species information, and transcripts. Crops supported include Adzuki bean, Bambara bean, Chickpea, Common bean, Cowpea, Faba bean, Lentil, Lupin, Pea, Pigeon pea, Vetch, and others.

Plant Variety Protection Office - Scanned Certificates

This dataset provides the scans of issued certificates for a variety of plants. If you know the certificate number or applicant name simply enter the information in the search box. For certificates issued between 1970 and 1999, add two zeroes in front of the 7-digit number. Alternatively, you can search by selecting a crop from the list.

      Legume Information System

The Legume Information System ([legumeinfo.org](https://legumeinfo.org "Legume Information System")) is the USDA-ARS genetics and genomics database for legume crops and relatives. Researchers can also submit their data directly. LIS houses data for more than a dozen species such as common bean and chickpea, peanut, and soybean, with genome sequences, genes and predicted functions, families of related genes, views of evolutionary relationships between genomic regions, genetic maps, markers, and links to germplasm resources.
